Conditions (read before booking)

• Tour will take place ONLY weather permitting
  In the case of a cancelled tour, it is possible to choose one of the following options:

- Alternative date of your choice 

- Same tour aboard mini-bus or van, instead of carriage

• We will confirm your booking by 10,00pm the previous day. (weather conditions must be verified)
• In case of cancellation and no alternative date is possible, there will be a 10% withholding fee.
• On request, with a minimum of 4 adults guided tours are available in the following languages: Italian, English, French, Russian, Spanish, and German.
• Comfortable clothing and footwear are suggested as you may be taking short walks in the countryside. Even when we encounter difficult uphill. In case of uncertain weather bring rain gear (the carriage is covered and offers some protection against rain and sunshine).
• Theatrical performances can be booked with your tour itinerary. See the Theatrical Performances page.
• With more than 10 participants, it’s possible to book a second carriage but must be requested at least 10 days notice prior to the tour date.
• Different itineraries are possible in the areas around Montespertoli upon request.
• Outside this area, the time and place must be verified.
• Transfer to/from the wagon departure and return points are the responsibility of the individual participants or the tourist agent.
• The carriage accommodates up to 2 wheelchairs. To help you, let us know if you have any other special needs.
• The tour and carriage ride has third party insurance included.
• Discounts available for children under 12.
